Enchiladas Tres Amigas

Three enchiladas made with corn tortillas. One filled with beef and enchilada sauce, one with chunks of pork and tomatillo sauce, and one with shredded chicken and mole sauce. Served with melted cheese on top, rich refined beans, and coleslaw.
